Each hiking pole can be adjusted in length from 66-135 cm (25.5″ to 53″) by unlocking our flip-Lock mechanism which is built to quickly adjust while preventing accidental retraction. Hiking poles come with mud/snow feet which quickly attach to the bottom to prevent the poles from sinking into softer material.
